UET Master of Business Administration or MBA (Global Hospitality and Tourism)

The next intakes in Milan will be on 20 October 2017

This programme is suitable for career climbers, career switchers and graduates from the hotel, hospitality and tourism related disciplines and/or expertise. It takes 12 months to complete the programme. It consists of three semesters: taught semester, internship and capstone project. The programme covers key disciplines and sectors in including marketing, strategy, policy, research, leadership, finance and real estate.

Pre-MBA Higher Diploma Polyvalent Expert in Tourism

This programme appeals to high school graduates or students with some university education. On completion of this degree, The programme will provide students with an advanced qualification that supports their development as managers within the international tourism and hospitality industry, with a lifelong-learning orientation. Students to critically analyse and evaluate contemporary and foundational knowledge and theories and to use these to propose solutions to complex management problems in the tourism and hospitality industry. It will also provide students with the ability to analyse complex management problems and to apply and adapt specialist skills and technical terminology to propose solutions to these problems. Successful completion of this programme will enable students to make decisions about the leadership, planning and management of work areas in the tourism and hospitality industry that are informed by best practice and contemporary research. Upon completion, you will be admitted automatically to our MBA (Global Hospitality and Tourism).

Starwood Executive Compensation in 2013 (i.e. before takeover by Marriott last year)

According to the Starwood Hotels & Resorts Proxy Statement in 2013 the total compensation of top excutives ranged between $US4.8 (President of Global Development) and 10.9 million (CEO) in the same year. The table below provides more details (Source: Starwood Hotels & Resorts Proxy Statement 2013).
